With degrees in Physics, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, Charles F. Ellis, PE, has been in the communications engineering business for over 35 years. Mr. Ellis is the former Vice President, Engineering for Access Spectrum, LLC and formerly owned Louisiana Radio stations KJJB and KFXY. Some of Mr. Ellis’s loyal clients have included KTDY, KPEL, KSMB, KROF, KSIG and a long list of others. Charles Ellis had the distinction of being the Chief Engineer for "Radio Windy", the first privately owned radio station in Wellington, New Zealand.
